Innovative Claw Technology
The C-Series claw pumps and compressors of Elmo Rietschle generate contact-free vacuum or compressed air efficiently and economically. This is possible because of the principle of internal compression. The gas is pre-compressed within the compressing chamber and is then discharged. This leads to an evident energy saving compared to rotary lobe blower designs without internal compression.
Advantages at a glance:
• Dry, contact-free operation
• Process safe and reliable
• No oil in the compression chamber
• Frequency control available
• Low sound level
• No greasing of bearings
Volume flow
60 to 1140 m³/hr
35.3 to 671 cfm
High efficiency, dry and contact-free compression claw vacuum pump with capacities ranging from 60 to 1140 m³/hr (35.3 to 671 cfm). The maximum ultimate vacuum at continuous operation is up to 50 mbar (abs). Low maintenance, integrated air cooling without additional cooling medium, suitable for multiple applications. Flange mounted motors comply with DIN EN 60034, have IP 55 protection and insulation class F. Internal compression allows for low end pressure while using low power motors. At the same time the performance curve remains steady over its entire range. The C-VLR can be fitted with a frequency converter so that capacity and vacuum can be adjusted exactly to the requirements of the customer. Closed loop operation with inlet and outlet connected to the process is possible.
Volume flow
60 to 600 m³/hr
35.3 to 352.9 cfm
High efficiency, dry and contact-free compression claw compressor with capacities ranging from 60 to 600 m³/hr (35.3 to 352.9 cfm). Pressure up to max. 2.2 bar at continuous operation. Low maintenance, integrated air cooling without additional cooling medium and suitable for multiple applications. Flange mounted motors comply with DIN EN 60034, have IP 54 protection and insulation class F. The C-DLR can be fitted with a frequency converter so that capacity and pressure can be adjusted exactly to the requirements of the customer. Closed loop operation with inlet and outlet connected to the process is possible.
